OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. The parties have already adjusted Agreement positions. Official ceremony of signing of the document is scheduled for the beginning of July 2010.

JSC "IDGC of the North-West" and Inter-regional department of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation on North-West federal district intend to sign cooperation agreement.

Agreement subject is interaction of the parties concerning reliable functioning and perspective development of an electronetwork complex of region, assistance to ID of the Ministry of Energy in realizations of its authorities, creation of conditions for active interaction on the questions representing mutual interest.

Director general of the company Alexander Kuhmaj and the head of representative office of the Ministry of Energy in the region Sergey Podkolzin plans to sign officially the document already in the beginning of July. Currently, the parties have already agreed on all provisions of the Agreement.
Joint submission of interests in public authorities concerning development of territory, development of an electronetwork complex, working out and realization of investment programs becomes the basic directions of cooperation.

Representatives of the parties intend to interact closely in working out of plans-forecasts of development of IDGC of the North-West within the limits of preparation of expected balances of the electric power on perspective. It is planned to solve jointly the issues of tariff policy in power industry.

Within the limits of the agreement, the Parties create constantly acting working group with attraction of experts of IDGC of the North-West and employees of IRD of the Ministry of Energy of Russia on NWFD. Participants of the agreement also plan to carry out joint consultations, working meetings, thematic seminars on the problems representing mutual interest.

Active work on Agreement preparation was carried out by the deputy chief of department of tariffs formation of IDGC of the North-West Valery Mamontov.

It is remarkable that the chief of Inter-regional Department of the Ministry of Energy on NWFD Sergey Podkolzin, already actively involved in the work of the network company and participated in a number of meetings, consultations, represented himself as the expert within the limits of Uniform day of presentations of IDGC of North-West.
