OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. Uzbekiston Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) state joint-stock railway company is one of the largest clients of the People's Bank of Uzbekistan.

During the past period of 2010, the bank allocated credit resources to Uzbekistan Railways worth nearly 10 billion soums for the implementation of five projects.

The funds have been directed on the development of production base of a foundry subsidiary of Uzbekistan Railways, reconstruction of "Lokomotiv" sports base, etc.
