OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. The Voronezh-based subsidiary of ROSNO-MS — CJSC MIC ALMEDA — has received a certificate of elimination from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities due to its reorganization in form of incorporation into a parent company, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

From now on, all rights and obligations of this insurer belong to OJSC ROSNO-MS by virtue of legal succession. A resolution on reorganization of the abovementioned company was adopted at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC ROSNO-MS on 15 February 2010. The completed structural changes will not require replacement of the unexpired policies issued by the abovementioned company.

"When incorporating the subsidiary into the parent company, we were guided by the interests of our insurants. The changes are intended to optimize the organizational structure of ROSNO-MS, make it more stable, transparent and efficient. This will provide an additional impetus for technological development of the obligatory medical insurance system in Voronezh Region, also creating new opportunities to achieve a totally different quality level", commented Ms. Nina Galanicheva, CEO of OJSC ROSNO-МS.

The interests of OJSC ROSNO-MS in the Voronezh Region are represented by the company’s Voronezh branch, headed by Mr. Alexander D. Yelfimov, previously holding the position of the acting CEO of CJSC MIC ALMEDA.
