OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2010. The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan has registered an issue of Zaminbank’s shares.

The Committee says that totally 12 637 ordinary book-entry shares worth 200 manats each were registered.

Overall volume of the issue is 2.527 million manats.

Current equity capital of the Bank is 13.19 million. After the current issue of shares is placed, it will reach 15.7 million with rise of 19%.
