OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2010. OJSC Nordea Bank has joined a syndication of banks under a loan agreement with OJSC Tatneft totalling two billion USD. Nordea Bank will account for 123 million USD. Besides, the Bank will also act as one of arrangers, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.  

The loan consists of three tranches with the term of three, five and seven years.

The company will use the loan for financing its corporate goals.

Nordea Bank has cooperated with OJSC Tatneft since 2008. For this time, the Bank has repeatedly participated in syndicated loans to this company.
