OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2010. Pasha Bank, one of the Azerbaijan’s leader private banks that marked three years from its establishment on 18 June, is ongoing development of operations program BankSyst in its system.

At today’s press conference Emil Hajiyev, the director of the Bank’s Operations Department, has said that introduction of the next module of this program will begin soon. This module, FundSyst, orients to treasury operations.

“BankSyst software of company Tieto is spread on banking institutions of Scandinavia and its use in Pasha Bank is the first case of software introduction outside of this region. Co-operation with Tieto enabled us to introduce modern special software with minimal costs and for only 1/5 year,” Hajiyev said.

The contract with Tieto was signed in January 2009 года. Before the end of the year the Bank plans to finish this project, including along with operations system, module of assets management, reporting, and card business.
