Administration of Magadan ordered to install GLONASS equipment on all passenger vehicles in the city, to maintain tracking of each bus/taxi in real time, to regulate traffic, to respond promptly to any accident or change in the work of the urban transport, and to provide relevant compensation for groups entitled for special transport benefits to the companies.
