OREANDA-NEWS. S.A.S. (Almaty, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held July 24, 2010 at 15:00 p.m. with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- Appeal to Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan with a request of 5-year KZT500.0 credit line;

- Compliance with obligations before Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan with grant of right to the bank to sell company property out-of-court;

- Consent of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan for presentation of data on the company and agreements to databases of credit agencies and issue of credit report;

- Granting the company president with authorities to carry out necessary actions, related to raise of credits and provision of collateral.

The meeting will be held at office 1, Armada trade center, 3 Kabdolov str., Almaty.
