OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2010. The Annual General meeting of Shareholders of JSC "The Seventh Continent" (hereafter referred to as "the Company") took place. Key proposals of  Board of Directors were approved, reported the press-centre of Seventh Continent.

According to the results of the General meeting decision not to pay dividends for 2009 financial year was made.

According to the decision of the General meeting, the new structure of  BoD consists of  7 members: Alexander Ageenkov, Evanzhelisti Rodolphe Lucien Felix, Sergey Gruzdev, Vladimir Karnaukhov, Viktoriya Lazareva, Alexander Zanadvorov.

At the same time there are three independent Directors: Alexander Ageenkov, Evanzhelisti Rodolphe Lucien Felix, Viktoriya Lazareva.

Alexander Ageenkov was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
