OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2010. Asset Management Company of the Bank of Moscow informs of the change of the trust management rules of the Mutual Fund "Volkhonka − Bond Fund"

To increase efficiency of the funds allocation of the Mutual Fund "Volkhonka − Bond Fund" and to increase its income-bearing ability Asset Management Company of the Bank of Moscow (AMC of the Bank of Moscow) has changed the funds’ share exchange procedure. Exchanges to the "Volkhonka − Bond Fund" from other open funds will be still possible, but exchanges from the "Volkhonka − Bond Fund" to other open funds will be cancelled.

It will provide an opportunity to expand the investment horizon and to increase the income-bearing ability of the fund.

The changes will become effective as from the date of their publication in the Appendix to the Herald of the Federal Service for Financial Markets (tentatively no later than 2 July, 2010). The exact date will be announced additionally.
