OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2010. A Ukrainian court gave permission to Ukrnafta to sell 1.1bcm of natural gas to industrial customers. Ukrnafta plans to sell this amount of gas to major fertilizer producing companies in Ukraine.

Millennium Capital sees this news as positive for Ukrnafta. The current court ruling allows Ukrnafta to sell a portion of its natural gas at prices well above (est. 206 USD/mcm) the current regulated tariff (26 USD/mcm), thereby increasing its profit margin.
