Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of June 16, 2010, according to which AFS "takes into consideration that on December 5, 2009 - June 4, 2010 shares of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan have not been placed", reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the AFS information as of June 4, 2010 were nor placed 1,091,584,040 common and 290,140,570 preferred shares of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan.
