Parabank to Meet ISO 9001:2000 International Standards
OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2010. The administration system of Parabank OJSC was tested and approved of meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 international standard. Zygon Caspian Conculting Firm gave its assistance during the documentation procedure and staff training and a certification audit was conducted from the side of Moody International, reported the press-centre of Parabank.
Competitiveness of a bank and its position in the market depends directly on the quality of products/services and stability of business-processes, satisfaction and confidence of customers. Especially urgent does it become in the period of economic instability.
"Implementation of the Quality Management Systems in banks means not only big organizational work, but also development of general corporate culture. Parabank, relying on its 18-year experience, and now also on the given required international standard focuses on the high-quality customer-service and the most optimal bank solutions" noted Farah Aghazadeh, Business Development Manager of Parabank OJSC.
It's worth reminding of the fact that Parabank OJSC opened 5 new branch offices in the last half of the year, including 2 branches in the regions of the country, thereby extending its geographical service offer by 30%.
