Gazprom might change the dividend policy having made it more predictable. From 2010 Gazprom will be excluding non-monetary income and loss from the base of accounting the dividends, announced the deputy chairman of the board, head of the Financial-Economic Department of Gazprom Andrey Kruglov, imparts Interfax.

E.ON sells its portfolio in Gazprom. German concern E.ON might soon sell 3.5% of Gazprom’s shares, imparted Interfax referring to its sources.
