OREANDA-NEWS. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informed a special trade will be held to place government long-term savings treasury bonds of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry (MEUJKAM) on June 29, 2010, reported the press-centre of KASE.            

Money invested in MEUJKAM is indexed through calculation of an indexed coupon, received from a sum of fixed coupon determined at the placement, and inflation rate for the elapsed coupon period.

As a price the order shall indicate fixed coupon in APR of nominal bond value, expressed within the second decimal place. This is a trade subject.

MEUJKAM are government bonds, placed among Kazakhstan pension funds. MEUJKAM shall circulate among such investors during the first half of circulation term. Then the bonds shall circulate freely.

Orders to special trade may only be submitted by members of KASE stock market members category (entitled to trade in government securities circulating on KASE), operating as primary dealers. Primary dealers must before 15:00 p.m. on the trade day provide money available at the money account used for settlement on deals in securities in accordance with the rules of Central Securities Depository (Almaty), in the amount sufficient for payment of acquired treasury obligations (based on assumption that all orders submitted by primary dealers and accepted by KASE are subject to acceptance).
