Citibank Wins Consumer Rights Award in Banking Services Category
OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2010. ZAO Citibank has won a Consumer Rights 2010 award in the banking services category. The awards were organized by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare and the Social Programs and Projects Foundation. The winners were chosen by a special jury and popular vote, reported the press-centre of Citibank.
Amit Sah, Consumer Business Head at ZAO Citibank said, "We would like to thank our customers for the trust they have shown in us. This award is very important for us as it reflects the progress we have made and recognizes the efforts to improve service delivery to our valued customers. The awards were held for the first time this year with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Agency of Print and Mass Communications, small and medium-sized businesses organization OPORA Rossii, the Russian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, news agency RIA Novosti, and the Russian Consumers Union.
The awards were presented by Oleg Prusakov, head of the Department for Consumer Rights Protection at the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare and Valery Levchenko, deputy editor-in-chief of RIA Novosti, along with other members of the jury.
