OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2010. Chernozem’e-ROSNO branch has concluded insurance contracts with nine housing management companies operating in Voronezh. Thereunder, ROSNO will cover 383 residential multistoreyed buildings in the city. The aggregate insurance amount is 574 million roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The common property kept in the buildings, namely structural elements of the building, including internal furnishing and plumbing systems of non-residential premises, have been insured against the following risks: fire, explosion, lightning stroke, aircraft impact, flood, natural disasters, unlawful third party actions, acts of terrorism, and collision with land vehicles.
Also, insurance coverage applies to the risk of civil liability of the housing management companies for the damage inflicted in course of operation of residential and/or non-residential premises.

The insured housing management companies hold membership in the NP Voronezhskaya Kommunalnaya Palata.
