OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2010. In May 2010, the users submitted 57 indicative bids of 27 Issuers, including 36 sale bids and 21 purchase bids (10 of them were submitted for realization of preemption right to purchase own stocks).[1]

Registration of OTC purchase and sale transactions in securities

In May 2010, there were 1017 transactions in the OTC market registered at the BCSE totaling BYR 230.4 billion or 4.1 million securities[2].

The OTC turnover amounted to BYR 18.6 billion, or 895.4 thousand stock items, which marked a 9.8-fold increase as      compared with the same period in the previous year (BYR 1.9 billion, or 75.2 thousand stocks in May 2009).

The OTC turnover totaled over BYR 191.3 billion, or 674.5 thousand bonds which marked a 2.5-fold increase as compared with the same period in the previous year (BYR 77.4 billion, or 236.9 thousand bonds in May 2009).
