Bank President Andrei Borodin reported on the results of the Bank’s work in 2009. Among other things, the AGM reviewed the approval of the Bank’s annual reporting, the distribution of 2009 profits, election of a new Board of Directors and the Auditing Committee and the approval of the Bank’s Auditor.
