By the Bank Board of Directors decision of June 16, 2010 Erlan Shakibaev was assigned as the Bank Board of Directors Chairman and Chief Managing Director. The Bank Board of Directors was approved as follows: A. Zubairov, A. Omarkhanov, N. Samzaev, R. Oshakbaev (independent director), G. Issabaeva (independent director).

From June 16, 2010 early terminated authorities of the Bank Managing Board Chairman S. Terecshenkova and from June 21, 2010 authorities of the Bank Managing Board Deputy Chairman M. Goremykina.

New Managing Board members: the Bank Managing Board Chairman - N. Samzaev, the Bank Managing Board Deputy Chairmen - E. Zhaimakhanov and B. Mamytaliev.
