OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2010. New structure of the Board of Directors was approved on the extraordinary meeting of JSC"Nurbank" shareholders held on June, 8. At present, it consists of Raushan Erzhanova — Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eduard Kreimer and independent director Marina Semenova. Full powers of previous Board of Directors, consisting of Nurali Aliyev (Chairman), Dariga Nazarbayeva, Duman Seitov, Raushan Erzhanova (independent director) and Bektas Mukhametzhanov (independent director), have been terminated prematurely. During the meeting was made a decision not to pay dividends to the Members of the Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of Nurbank.

Erzhanova Raushan Zeinullayevna, the Chairman of the Management Board of insurance company "Victoriya". She is a graduate in engineering and construction, industrial heat-and-power engineering of Almaty Architectural institute and in finance and credit of Central Asia university. Candidate of technical sciences.

Kreimer Eduard Lvovich, Director of KSP Steel. Graduated from Kazakh Polytechnical institute named after K.Satpayev (engineer- economist). Candidate of economic sciences.

Semenova Marina Anatolyevna, Executive Director, Member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Dar Centre". Graduated from Academy of labour and social relations, Moscow (finance and credit).

JSC "Nurbank" is one of the top ten largest banks of Kazakhstan, taking up the 8th place in terms of basic financial figures. JSC "Nurbank" assets as of January 1, 2010 equaled KZT 295 bln, shareholders equity — KZT 45 bln, credit portfolio — KZT 261 bln.
