OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2010. The impact of record harvest on agricultural production and processing business has been discussed extensively. Everyone related to the field took steps to stay afloat and keep the business going.

Being the largest grain processor of Siberia and Far East, in the last year as previously PAVA has stuck to the strategy of new markets development and increase in existing markets’ volume. As highlighted by the company’s representatives, the priority is given to long-established partnerships.

"PAVA" has been operating on flour milling market for more than 10 years and has been working with several clients from the start. "ARGO and C" company from Samara region is one of such long-term clients.

"We signed agreement with "PAVA" for the first time in 2003. We started with small shipments and have over time shaped the assortment range that is in demand in Samara region, particularly in Syzran, Tolyatti, Kuznetsk and adjacent regions. We purchase products manufactured at PAVA’s Rebrikha milling plant. It’s convenient in terms of logistics. But the primary focus is the quality of products and terms of cooperation that we’re satisfied with. We get positive feedback from bread and bakery plants on the products from Rebrikha milling plant. These products are now in stable demand", – says the owner of the wholesale company Roman Maximovich.

After 7 years of partnership the companies signed an exclusive distribution agreement. The documents were signed at the beginning of 2010. New model of partnership suggests bonuses for the partner whereas for PAVA it implies stable presence in the region and confidence in its partner.

Grain processor "PAVA" ships sold by weight flour of high and first grades as well as semolina and consumer size flour under Altay-Batyushka trademark to Syzran, Tolyatti (Samara region), Balakovo (Saratov region) and Kuznetsk (Penza region). These products are shipped in blue design package with weight of 1,2,3, 5 and 10 kg.

"It’s important for us to see stable development of our partner’s business. Their success with our products on regional markets equals success and development for us", – comments OJSC PAVA’s CEO Andrey Ananin.
