Benefits of the service
Saving time spent by corporate clients to settle business tasks:
Mobility of employees who may always be reached by a short number wherever they are (common short numbers for mobile and office telephones: using this service, employees may call from their mobiles to short numbers of their employees as well as from office handsets to short numbers, including to their mobile phones).
Easy dialing – a common short number is provided both for a mobile and office telephone of an employee.
Sequential redirection of calls to subscriber’s specified numbers in case there is no answer or if the line is busy.
Corporate client’s reduced telecom costs:
Special favorable tariffs of FMC that are lower as compared to standard mobile and fixed communication rates. This enables a considerate reduction of expenses on communication between mobile and office employees, even if the latter work in different branches.
Provision of a broad range of fixed communication services, including special rates for long-distance and international communication.
How “FMC-Short Number” works
To make a call from an employee’s mobile telephone to numbers of his/her company corporate network (and vice versa), a subscriber has to dial prefix 0804 followed by a corporate network short number of a required employee. By default, a short mobile number coincides with last four digits of a federal number. A private numbering plan different from the above may be generated as required.
Enabling the service
The service is provided to corporate subscribers (legal entities) that have concluded a contract for mobile radiotelephone communication services with MTS and a contract for fixed communication services with COMSTAR-UTS (provided if it is technically possible to connect the company to the COMSTAR-UTS network).
Enabling/disabling of the service as well as any changes and addition of numbers are subject to a written application of a corporate client submitted to a personal manager of MTS and/or COMSTAR-UTS.
