OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by VolgaTelecom OJSC to pay interest on the fifteenth coupon of the company’s Series VT-4 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 12% per annum, or 29 rubles 92 kopecks per bond. The total coupon interest paid, less personal tax withheld by the issuer, amounted to 28,531,225 rubles 28 kopecks.

VolgaTelecom OJSC floated its seven-year Series VT-4 bond issue on September 12, 2006 to raise 3billion rubles.
