SEB Bank Made Changes in Management Board
OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2010. The Supervisory Council of Lithuania’s largest bank, SEB, has appointed Virginijus Doveika as member of the management board of the bank after Vytautas Sinius, previous member of the board, decided to resign from his position. Virginijus Doveika will take his new position as member of the board upon approval by the Bank of Lithuania, reported the press-centre of SEB Bank.
From now V. Doveika will be leading the Retail Banking Division of SEB Bank. Currently V. Doveika is working as Head of Commercial Real Estate of SEB Bank.
V. Doveika has more than 8 years working experience in the banking sector. He has been working within SEB since 2002. He started as a client executive in retail business, worked as relationship manager in Client Relationship Management. Since 2006 he was head of the International Companies Unit in Merchant Banking at SEB Bank. Before joining the team of SEB V. Doveika was President of AIESEC Lithuania and worked in Ecuador – he was Vice President of AIESEC organization.
V. Doveika has bachelor’s degree of Business Administration and Management (Vilnius University) and degree of International Executive MBA (Baltic Management Institute in Vilnius).
Vytautas Sinius will leave the SEB group for personal reasons. "The most difficult phase in the market has passed so I think it is the right time for changes when I can calmly hand over all continuing tasks", - said Vytautas Sinius.
