OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2010. Dmitry Lvovich Tebelev was appointed director of Ingosstrakh’s Ulyanovsk branch. In his new position he will take care of issues related to development of the company’s Ulyanovsk branch.

Dmitry Tebelev was born in March 1966 in Dmitrovograd, Ulyanovsk Region.  In 1990 he graduated from the Saratov State University.

In 1994-1995 Dmitry Tebelev worked as an economist in Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Center of the Russian Federation Scientific Research Institute of Atomic Reactors in Dmitrovograd. In 1995-1997 he was the director of Politorg LLC. From 1997 to 2000 he worked for Dmitrovogradskaya Finansovaya Kompaniya (Dmitrovograd Financial Company) LLC. Since 2000 he has worked for ROSNO Insurance Company OJSC, where he has been the director of the Dmitrovograd agency, deputy director and director of ROSNO’s Ulyanovsk branch.

Dmitry Tebelev commented his appointment as the director of Ingosstrakh’s Ulyanovsk branch: "The main task assigned to me by the company’s management is to increase Ingosstrakh’s presence in the Ulyanovsk Region, both in the retail and corporate segment. We plan to strengthen the company’s standing also by providing high-quality insurance services to the leading enterprises of the region, small and medium businesses and individuals".
