OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2010. Ingosstrakh entered into property insurance contracts with GAZ OJSC, GAZ Automobile Plant LLC and other GAZ plants. The insurer’s total liability under the contracts amounts to over 280 bln rubles.

The 24 insured plants produce trucks and cars, buses, specialized machinery, power trains. Insurance covers all risks for the plant’s assets (buildings, structures, utilities, equipment, inventories), breakage of equipment and losses from business interruption. The insurance program parameters were developed for each plant taking into consideration full risk assessment performed with the participation of the insurer’s Engineering Center.

Ingosstrakh and GAZ have been cooperating successfully since 2001. In addition to property insurance, GAZ has chosen Ingosstrakh for medical insurance, motor insurance, cargo insurance, D&O liability insurance.
