Investment Real Estate Fund Velikaya Stena (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list sector "Investment funds securities", informed KASE that on July 15, 2010 at 10:30 starts shareholders annual general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the company Y2009 annual financial statements and distribution of profit based on Y2009 results;

- approval of the company Y2010 2Q financial statements;

- distribution of the company profit, payment of dividends for Y2010 2Q per common share;

- shareholders appeals to the company and its official actions and their consideration results.

The mentioned meeting will be held at: Almaty, 110e, Al-Farabi Ave.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated shareholders meeting will be held on July 16, 2010 at 10:30 at the above mentioned address.
