In July, 2010 the Lipetsky and Omsky branches are going to be reformatted into operations offices, which will report to the Voronezhsky and Novosibirsky branches of AMT BANK, respectively. The Bank’s units in Lipetsk and Omsk are starting its business as operations offices on July 1, 2010 and July 20, 2010, respectively, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

AMT BANK has been operating in Lipetsk since 2006. The branch in Omsk was opened in 2008. The above changes are part of the strategy aimed at optimizing the regional network structure.

Obligations of AMT BANK to its customers arising out of agreements entered into by the Omsky and Lipetsky branches on behalf of the Bank are preserved in full. We would kindly ask those customers, who get serviced at the Lipetsky and Omsky branches, to visit the Bank’s offices to sign an additional agreement and an application for transferring the agreement to servicing at a respective branch.
