The press-service of National Bank informs that on 1st May 2010 the total volume of investments and deposits placed into credit organizations were 4612,8 million manat. 2474,7 million manat of them were invested by population, and in comparison with the same period of last year 32,5% more.

2138,0 million manat of the deposits fall to the share of non-financial organizations.

On 1st of May of 2010 1070,3 million manat (43,2%) of the deposits put into banks were drawn in local currency, 1404,4 million manat (56,8%) in foreign currency.
