OREANDA-NEWS. June 16, 2010. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a cottage insurance contract with a private individual under the program Citadel. The contractual insurance amount is 6,800,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.    

The insured cottage house with total space of 256 sq. m is located in the township Staropyshminsk, the Beryozovsky district. The insurance protection applies to structural elements, plumbing systems, and house furnishing.

The insurance contract covers the full set of risks: fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft impact, flood, burglary, robbery and brigandage; unlawful third-party actions, glass breakage, natural disasters, falling trees and poles, and collision with transport vehicles. Among additional risks, the contract covers the costs of cleaning up the insured area from the effects of the insured accident, costs of rescuing the insured property, and the risk "Careless third party actions in course of performance of construction works or repairs". The contract also provides coverage for the bathhouse and barbeque against the same set of risks.

The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.
