OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. According to the order of the mayor, in Krasnoyarsk the heating period of 2009/2010 year has come to the end.

As experts mark, the last heating season was the longest over the last 10 years and has constituted 253 days (instead of 234 days under specifications). Besides, long colds were observed, monthly average temperatures of outside air in November, December, 2009, January and February, 2010 were considerably below standard (so, in January the average temperature of outside air has constituted -23 ?С at norm of -18 ?С, and in February -21 ?С at norm of -17 ?С). Despite it, thanks to effective interaction of public utilities of a city and power engineering specialists, there was no gross infringements and failures in system of a heating of a city.

Right after the termination of a heating season the branches of JSC "Yenisei ТGC (ТGC-13)": Krasnoyarsk cogeneration stations-1, cogeneration station-2, cogeneration station-3 and the Krasnoyarsk heating system, as well as others heat supplying enterprises of the city, due hereunder have made disconnect of heating and have started carrying out of hydraulic tests of thermal networks. Jobs will be spent in a planned mode according to schedules which are adjusted with city economy department.

For the period of hydraulic tests giving of hot water will be ceased. Krasnoyarsk cogeneration stations-1, cogeneration station-2 and cogeneration station-3 will begin actions for connection of consumers to hot water supply on June, 4th at 24.00.

During hydraulic tests experts of the enterprise "Krasnoyarsk heating system" stage by stage will spend hydrostatic test of pipes in all areas of the service and will eliminate the breaks called by hydraulic tests.

Hydraulic tests (water delivery in the main and intraquarter networks under an elevated pressure) - one of the major technological procedures directed on a reliability augmentation of system of a heating. Heating systems are tested on durability and density. Tests help to find out the defects called by corrosion and weariness of metal, to check up quality of welded seams, to define the most worn out sectors of heating mains, requiring immediate repair.

Dispatching services of the enterprise "Krasnoyarsk heating system" have notified all housing-and-municipal organizations on necessity to close a latches in basements. It is necessary not to admit breaks of intrahouse systems of a heating during hydraulic tests.
