Uralkaliy gained new owners. Madura Holding company belonging to Dmitriy Ribolovlev sold 53.2% of Uralkaliy, announced the official website of fertilizers producer. The amount of the deal has not been announced yet. Kalina Finance owned by Kerimov, Aerellia Investments of Nesis and Bacounioco Holding of Galchev acted as buyers. Kerimov, according to the information of the press-release, gained 25% of share of the other buyers is not disclosed by the company.

MRSK Sibir reported by IAS for 2009. Sales of IRNC Sibir by the results of 2009 by IAS grew by 6% to 39.9 bn RUR, cost of company grew by 10% and totaled 40.5 bn RUR.
