OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. MEGABANK, PJSC timely and in full has paid out a coupon on bonds of own issue serial Е. To all owners of bonds a coupon in the amount of UAH 44,88 per bond has been paid out, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

As mentioned Manager of securities and stock market Alexey Yatsenko, the main conditions of issue of bonds serial "Е" are:

Amount of issue - UAH 100 000 000, 00;

Nominal value of a  bond  - UAH 1000,00;

Bond circulation term - 1 096 calendar days, from December 10, 2007 till December 10, 2010;

Payment of coupon - quarterly;

Coupon rate for ninth-twelfth interest periods - 18% p.a.;

Number of offers - 2 (02.12.2008, 07.12.2009).

Reference. In October 2009 independent rating agency "Credit-Rating" confirmed the long-term credit rating uaA- of issue of interest bonds (serial E-F) MEGABANK, PJSC for the amount of UAH 200 million.
