OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. According to the key banking ratings made up by the leading Russian publications, ING takes strong positions in the Russian banking sector, reported the press-centre of ING.

Particularly ING is 36th in top 300 of Russian banks as stated by Kommersant publishing house (as of April 1, 2010). This ranking is based on the exclusive methodology of "Interfax Economic Analysis Center" and estimates such parameters as volume of assets, capital and assets increase etc.

And in top 200 largest banks ranged by shareholders equity (tailored by "the Profile" magazine) ING is ranked 28th.

Moreover ING Commercial Banking takes the 6th position in the top-500 of the best performing Russian banks (as of Q1, 2010) up to the RBC. In the similar ranking issued by the National Rating Agency ING is also marked the 6th.
