OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by the Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC to pay interest on the sixth coupon of the company’s Series05 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The holders of Series 05 bonds have been paid coupon interest at a rate of 7.55% per annum, or 37 rubles 65 kopecks per bond. In all, 75,300,000 rubles has been paid out.

The Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC floated its five-year Series 05 bond issue on June6, 2007, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was the managing underwriter of the issue.
