OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent to pay interest on the eighth coupon and redeem 15% of the par value of Series D2 bonds issued by the Far Eastern Electrical Communications Company OJSC, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders have been paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.85% per annum, or 37 rubles 51 kopecks per bond, and 15% of the par value, or 150 rubles per bond, in accordance with the issue redemption schedule. In all, a sum of 375,019.980 rubles has been paid out.

The Far Eastern Electrical Communications Company OJSC floated its six-year Series D2 bond issue on June 7, 2006, to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was the managing underwriter of the issue.
