OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2010. “Rules of state registration of Azerbaijan vessels” were approved by  a decision of the Azerbaijan Cabinet of Ministers № 105, issued on June 4, 2010.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers in compliance with  approved  rules, registration of vessels in the state register and berbout-charter register (except for small-capacity and warships) is carried out by the State Maritime Administration.

Primary registration of vessels should be finished over one month from the date of commissioning a vessel or from the date of its entry in a seaport of Azerbaijan.

At the same time, an appeal on vessel registration should be given in the Administration during five days.

The decision has come into force from the date of signing.
