OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2010. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan received today in Baku Fiorello Provegani, deputy chairman of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs.

The President emphasized realization of European Union’s Eastern Partnership Program as a new stage of EU-Azerbaijan co-operation. He also stressed European Parliament’s condemnation of occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenia.

Mr. Provegani, in his turn, focused on significance of dialogue between representatives of governments and parliaments for further collaboration.
