Caustic Sterlitamak, part of Bashkhim group, reported it had acquired 97% in Berezniki Soda Plant. The transaction was priced at EUR 133.87 mn. Caustic has already made the first EUR 60 mn installment and is to pay rest over three years. Therefore, 100% in Berezniki Soda Plant has been valued at USD 165 mn.
