OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2010. Delegation of JSC "RusHydro", RF, headed by First Deputy of Chairman of Board, Mr. Alzhyanov R.Sh., has visited JSC "Zaporozhtransformator" (ZTR), Ukraine.

During the visit, delegation of "RusHydro" has got acquainted with main production workshops of ZTR, attended unit transformer assembling area of magnetic core workshop for HPP Boguchanskaya. Delegation participants have made special mention of up-to-date technical equipment level, large-scaled modernization and high level of factory production standards.

In the course of negotiations hold within the visit, administration of the company has discussed prospects of cooperation within RusHydro and ZTR as for deliveries of power transformers and reactors for Russian hydropower objects and provision of services. 

JSC "RusHydro" First Deputy of Chairman of Board, Mr. Rahmetulla Alzhyanov expressed an interest in "maintaining of favorable traditions in cooperation with Zaporozhe transformer plant, having long-term history". "We were impressed by reforms taking place at the plant, modernization of manufacture process, upgrading of product design. Quality of ZTR products nowadays remain to be at high level as before" - mentioned Mr. Rahmetulla Shamshievych.

During the visit it has been scheduled for the 2nd quarter of the year 2010 to conduct complex technical seminars as for transformer equipment and support services for technicians of JSC "RusHydro".

Within the recent two years ZTR has delivered 19 transformers for sites of JSC "RusHydro" -  HPP Bureyskaya, HPP Boguchanskaya, HPP Kamskaya, HPP Rybinskaya, HPP Uglichskaya. ZTR has a plan to dispatch additionally 9 transformers for HPP Boguchanskaya in June, 2010.
