OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2010. The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Expressbank OJSC.

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The issue with state registration number AZ100200540P has volume of 15,000,128 manats. The Bank has the right to issue 7,216 shares with par value of 208 manat each. UniCapital OJSC is to be the placement underwriter.
