OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2010. TVEL Fuel Company and NNEGC “Energoatom” have signed a long-term contract for the supply of fresh nuclear fuel to Ukrainian NPPs after 2010.

The contract was signed pursuant to the decision recorded in the minutes of the sixth meeting of the Committee on Economic Cooperation of the Russian-Ukrainian Intergovernmental Commission on April 30th this year, and signed by prime ministers of both countries.

The document was signed in Kiev on June 1st by the president of the NNEGC “Energoatom” (National Nuclear Energy Generating Company) Yuri Nedashkovskiy and the president of JSC TVEL Yuri Olenin. The parties noted on the mutual benefit of the signed contract.
