OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2010. Kant (Taraz, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held July 7, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., reported the press-centre of KASE.

The shareholders will decide on change of the composition of the Board of directors.

The meeting will be held at 2 Zhaugash batyr, Taraz. To attend – register beginning 9:00 a.m.

The list of shareholders, entitled to attend the meeting, will be compiled as on June 6, 2010.

Should attending shareholders fail to have quorum, the recurrent meting will be held on July 8, 2010 at the same time at the address as above.

Shareholders may familiarize with agenda materials ten days before the meeting at 2 Zhaugash batyr, Taraz.
