OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2010. Batys transit (Almaty, hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held July 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with the agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- revision of the size and the terms of remuneration to members of the Board   of directors of the company for the fulfillment of duties;

- approval of the budget for salary of the Board of directors and employees on   the composition;

- approval of the regulations on company GMs.

The meeting will be held at room 501, 162zh Shevchenco str., Almaty.
