The registrar is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C49030014) is
  63,060;

- all authorized shares are outstanding;

- the only shareholder holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is the Republic of Kazakhstan represented with the Committee for state property and privatization of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry.
