OREANDA-NEWS. June 07, 2010. At the absent meeting of JSC FGC UES Board of Directors it was decided to terminate powers of Members of the Management Board of JSC FGC UES Maslov Alexey Victorovich and Tuzov Mikhail Yurievich due to expiring of their employment with the company.

It was also decided to elect Deputy Chairmen of the company’s Management Board Romanov Pavel Vitalievich and Gvozdev Dmitry Borisovich as Members of the Management Board of JSC FGC UES.

Romanov Pavel Vitalievich manages the company’s asset management and procurement unit including being responsible for the company’s investment program maintenance, JSC FGC UES asset management system, financial rating of contractors, coordinating JSC FGC UES activity in part of control over subsidiary and affiliated entities.

Gvozdev Dmitry Borisovich curates the company’s maintenance and repair engineering unit. He also is responsible for realization of JSC FGC UES technical policy, efficient technical operation control over the UNEG facilities.
