Since May, 4th Bolat Palymbetov has been appointed as a Managing Director –Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Before the appointment, B. Palymbetov had held the post of the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC “SRC Caspiy”, RoK Vice Minister of Econoy and Budget Planning, Akim of Mangystau oblast, General Director of CJSC “KazTransOil”.

To the position of Managing Director for Service Projects (member of the Management Board) Magzum Mirzagaliyev is appointed, in connection with the transition of Managing Director for Service Projects (member of the Management Board) Nurlan Sauranbayev to JSC “NWF “Samruk-Kazyna”. Before Previously M. Mirzagaliyev has worked in the position of General Director of LLP “TenizService”, the head of branch of a foreign drilling mud-producing oil-and-gas company.
