OREANDA-NEWS. June 07, 2010. By results of the check up of activities on Tengri Finance (previously – RBNT Securities), considering systematic violation of the legislation in force when exercising brokerage and dealer activities on the securities market, by the Board Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (hereinafter – the Agency) of June 1, 2010 # 79 it was decided to withdraw Tengri Finance license for activities on the securities market, issued by the Agency on June 6, 2008 # 0401201959, reported the press-centre of KASE.

It should be noted that the effect of this license is considered expired from the day of this decision bringing to the notice of the organization, i.e. from June 2, 2010.
