OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2010. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has paid insurance compensations under two accident and sickness insurance contracts in connection with insured accidents — deaths of insurants due to natural reasons. In total, the insurance compensations equaled 525 thousand roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Under the first contract, the insurance compensation of 360 thousand roubles was paid to the insurant’s wife. The insurance contract was concluded in October 2009 for one year. The insured accident occurred in a month, in November 2009, when the insurant died from a disease.

Under the second contract, the aggregate insurance compensation equaled 165,000 roubles. 37,463 roubles were paid to TransCreditBank, which had issued a 3-year loan to the insurant. As a result of the insured accident, the bank was compensated for the full amount of the insurant’s loan indebtedness. The remaining positive balance in the amount of 127,537 roubles was paid to the insurant’s wife.

Under the accident and sickness insurance contracts, the insurants had been protected against the following set of risks: death due to accident or natural reasons; permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to accident or natural reasons, with assignment of the 1st or 2nd disability group to the insurant.
